Tastes a lot like blue moon. Aka hot dog. It's lighter than blue moon but still hot doggie.

Quilmes

An Argentinian beer that is very light, leaves you feeling refreshed. Definitely worth having on a hot day when you're thirsty and not looking for a lot of flavor

St. Arnold Summer Pils

A light beer, slightly bitter. Pretty uninspiring.

Land Shark

What corona should be. It's a slightly wheatier beer. Also the mouth is wider than the corona bottle so you can drink it relatively quicker.

Wagner Valley Sled Dog

A malty filling beer, dark and German. A little dark for a nice spring day, but well balanced. A good finger lake region beer

Red Stripe

An entirely inoffensive lager made by the Jamaicans. It's relatively light and very easy to drink, just watch out for the crazy old men that seem to hang around the bar I got it at.

Apricot by Pyramid

This beer has a nice apricot flavor to it that went well with the ribs we had for the evening. Definitely not a beer that you drink regularly, unless you really love apricots.

Ruby Red by Shiner

This is a nice summer beer. A light beer with just the right amount of grapefruit. It's a refreshing beer, although I did notice a significantly better flavor in the bottle than on tap

Leinenkuegel summer shandy

Lemonade plus beer. Refreshing.

Lone pint 667

Based in magnolia, Texas. This beer is fruity and reminds one of bananas

Sculpin ipa

It's an IPA. Not too bitter. Nice flowery finish

Coors Light

After a long day of hard work pwning noobs at paintball in the bright Texas sun and all you want is something light clear and crisp. Coors doesn't leave me feeling bloated like bud, probably because Colorado rocks.

XX

Always a crowd pleaser, XX, is a rather inoffensive. It's good with a lime, and you'd be hard pressed to find someone who doesn't like dos Equis. But it's also not a flavorful beer. Would recommend.

Sam Adams Alpine Spring

A little too sweet for my taste. It's a heiffeweissen as far as I can tell. It's like the Sam Adams cherry wheat, but not as sweet. Would not recommend, although the bar I had this in pier 27 was a local salty kind of place where you would expect to meet ship captains if anyone worth while ported in clear lake Texas.

Modelo Especial

​So you've crash landed in the Sahara desert and the only thing on your airplane was Modelo Especial and Matthew McConaughey. Luckily for you that Especial tastes like water. Imagine Corona, then dump that Corona into a vat of water, now you have Especial. No Bueno. So you won't die of thirst, and with Matt along for the ride, who knows, maybe you'll find yourself in the middle of an adventure. 

 I'll give it a thumbs up for those days when you're burning up, and you need something smooth and watered down. Otherwise, find something with more flavor. 

Pacifico

​It's just like Corona. A light beer perfect for the spring time, great with a lime. Advantage over Corona? Brown bottle, so it's a lot less likely to be skunked. Also you'll never accidentally grab a 6 pack of 7oz pacifico and walk out of the grocery store looking like a chick because pacifico doesn't give you that option. 

Eat with some tacos, or something that has a lot of cilantro. Preferably on a beach, in a hammock, next to your gorgeous girlfriend.
